Delete account

You can delete your Famora.EE account yourself at any time. This permanently removes your profile and all associated data.
How to delete your account in the app
- Open the Famora.EE app and sign in.
- Go to the “More” tab and open “Privacy & Data”.
- Tap “Delete account” and confirm the prompt.

If you no longer have access to the app, you can also request deletion via our contact form. Please send the request from the e-mail address your account is registered with so we can identify you.
Which data is deleted?
When your account is deleted, all data linked to it is removed, in particular: name, e-mail address and phone number, calendar events, chat messages including photo and voice attachments, shared lists, location data and saved places, and your family membership.
Deadlines and retention
After your request, the account is deactivated immediately and permanently and irreversibly deleted after a 30-day grace period. Within these 30 days you can undo the deletion by signing in again. After that, recovery is no longer possible.
Individual records are kept longer only where we are legally required to do so — for example invoices and payment receipts under commercial and tax retention obligations. This data is deleted once the statutory periods expire.
