14 days free for the whole family
Less organising. More family.
With Famora you organise appointments, tasks and shopping in one place. The shared family calendar shows what's coming up, tasks are clearly divided among the family, and the shopping list stays up to date for everyone – on iPhone, Android and in the browser.
No payment needed, with Premium features. After 14 days you choose a plan.
In everyday life
Famora is built for normal family life. Not for project plans, but for football practice, dentist and milk.
Coordinate events
Football practice, dentist, parent meeting. Who needs to be where and when shows up in the same calendar for everyone, each child in their own color. When two events clash, Famora alerts you before the afternoon turns hectic.
Split the chores
Assign a household task to a family member — they get a notification and see it in their own list. Recurring tasks like taking out the trash or emptying the dishwasher can be postponed or checked off, with a timestamp of who did it.
Share the shopping
The shopping list is on everyone's phone and updates in real time. Add products by barcode. Whoever passes the supermarket gets reminded right there.
Turn mail into plans
Take a photo of a school flyer or forward the club email to Famora. It reads the date, time and location and suggests the event to you. The event only goes in the calendar when you confirm it.
A quick look
Real screenshots from the app, taken with our demo account.
Your next event always shows up top, with directions.
Day, week or month view, depending on what you're planning.
Each list shows how far you've gotten.
Recurring events are just two taps.
Assistant
The Assistant plan takes the planning off your hands. It reads school letters, keeps track of pick-up times and tells you each morning what the day holds.
One photo of the timetable or a school letter is enough. Famora finds every date in it and offers them as calendar entries.
Whose turn is it today? Famora remembers the pick-up times and reminds whoever is on duty, in good time.
A short overview morning and evening: what is on today, what is coming tomorrow and whether you will need a raincoat.
Two appointments at the same hour stand out to Famora straight away. You get suggestions before the afternoon turns hectic.
Forward the invitation from the sports club to Famora. It comes back as a suggested entry for the family calendar.
Say what you fancy and for how many. Famora writes the recipe and the shopping list, you adjust both and move them into the meal plan.
We are switching the Assistant features on gradually for every family on the Assistant plan.
Devices
You start on one device and pick up on the next. Everything stays in sync.
The full app with calendar, map, lists, chat and homescreen widgets.
Your next events, the map, voice notes and an SOS call, without reaching for your phone.
Plan on your computer, no installation needed. Handy for mapping out the whole week.
And more
Family organisation made easy: you'll use many of these features only now and then, and when you need them, they're there.
Your family on one map, only with consent. Safe places like school or home notify you when someone arrives or leaves.
Messages with photo and voice attachments. Encrypted in transit and at rest, attachments auto-delete after 30 days.
"Dentist for Emma tomorrow at 2 pm" is all you need to say. The improved voice input understands you even more reliably, and on the go, Famora reads your appointments out loud on request.
Medication reminders for the whole family: set who takes what, how often and for how long. Famora reminds on phone, smartwatch or both and keeps asking until "Taken" is confirmed, right from the notification. If doses stay unconfirmed, chosen family members are alerted. Pause or archive anytime.
Plan the week with shared meal plans and recipes. Photograph the day-care or canteen menu, or forward it by e-mail. Famora reads it and suggests the entries.
Plan birthdays and parties across families: join by invitation, accept or decline, share the menu and reserve gifts so nothing is bought twice.
Privacy
Famora makes money from subscriptions, not from your data. Here and in detail in the privacy policy you'll see what that means.
Your calendars, chats, lists and locations live on servers in German data centers.
Chat and location are encrypted in transit. Data stays safe in Germany.
Location history vanishes after 30 days on its own. For chats, you set an auto-delete window yourself. No tracking, no ad profile.
You handle data access, deletion and transfer yourself in the app.
AI suggests. You decide. No event lands in the calendar without your OK. AI-generated content is marked, text-to-speech is flagged as synthetic in the code, and every AI feature can be switched off.
Famora doesn't recognize emotions, doesn't analyze biometric traits and doesn't recreate anyone's voice. Text-to-speech uses a standard voice, never a family member's.

Famora is built in Germany, fully GDPR-compliant, and helps families across the DACH region coordinate everyday life with ease. No ads and no data selling.
With Famora you see all of your family's events, tasks and shopping in one shared app. Every member has their own color in the calendar, shopping and to-do lists update in real time, and smart reminders make sure nothing slips through. Instead of sticky notes, group chats and calendar chaos, the family pulls together and saves time every day.
Famora is made for families of every size, from new parents to multi-generation households. It is especially valuable for working parents juggling school, hobbies, work and childcare, and for anyone who simply wants to know that everyone got there safely.
Famora combines a shared family calendar (with recurring events and ICS subscription), location sharing with geofences including arrival and departure alerts, a voice assistant for dictating events, encrypted family chat, shopping and task lists, meal planning, public holidays and smart reminders. Everything syncs in real time across all devices.
Yes. In Famora you set places like school, home or the sports club as a geofence and get notified the moment a family member arrives there or leaves. So you know the kids got to school safely without having to keep asking. Location data is transmitted encrypted and deleted automatically after 30 days.
Just say "Soccer practice on Tuesday at 5 p.m." and Famora's voice assistant will understand your words and suggest the event for the family calendar. It saves typing and works on the go too. The voice feature is included in the Premium plan.
Create a family, bring others in with a link, add your first event. That's all it takes to get started.
No payment details needed. After 14 days you decide which plan fits you.
